Although Richie, 42, and Hilton, 43, will front the ensemble, production insiders told TMZ that the project was still in its early phases and that filming had not yet started. They added that a formal announcement was being worked on.

After months of deliberation, the two supposedly came up with their idea for the program, which they promptly pitched to a streaming provider.

Producers and distributors engaged in a heated bidding war after learning of their reality comeback, but James Corden’s business, Fulwell 73, finally won the rights to the program.

With corresponding social media posts that showcased old pictures honoring their decades-long relationship, Hilton and Richie gave their signals during the reunion on Wednesday.
