The Exact Night Sky When You Came Into the World
Every person enters the universe beneath a completely unique arrangement of stars and constellations. The Custom Celestial Star Map Optical Acrylic & Solid Oak LED Lamp recreates that magical alignment using astronomical data corresponding to the recipient’s exact birth date, time, and location. It serves as an ethereal nightlight and a constant reminder of how unique their life journey is.
Museum-Grade Optical Acrylic
We use 5mm thick shatter-resistant cast optical acrylic with diamond-polished edges. The constellations, planetary coordinates, and celestial grid are etched using high-resolution laser precision that catches and refracts the warm LED light, making the stars appear to float in mid-air.
Solid Oak Illuminated Base with Custom Engraving
The lamp sits firmly in a carved American white oak plinth equipped with warm-spectrum (2700K) energy-efficient LEDs. The face of the wooden base is permanently engraved with the recipient’s full name, birth coordinates, and birth date: ‘The Stars When You Were Born – Alexander Reid – October 15, 2003’.
