An email confirmation will be sent to you upon placing an order with DragonHawaiiShirt. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can select your preferred shipping option on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

We charge a flat fee for shipping:
 
Standard Shipping to the US is $5.99 for all purchases and $3.99 for extra items.
 
Global Standard Shipping: $8.99 for every item, and $5.99 for each extra item

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with tracking details for your package as soon as your order ships. If, after five days, you have not received tracking information, kindly contact us.
 
 
It can take two to five business days for the system to update with updated tracking information for certain shipping companies. If, after five days of placing the order, the tracking information is not updated, please contact us at our customer service email for quick assistance.

NOTE

Please confirm that all delivery information is correct. The delivery of your order may be delayed if we need to contact you to update any outdated or incomplete information.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You can change your delivery address for a maximum of one day. Please email us at [email protected] if you need the address altered.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

The onus is on the customer to make sure the shipping address is filled in correctly, notably the apartment number in a building. If you find that there are any problems with your delivery address within a day of placing your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you in fixing it. If not, we will give you the carrier’s number so you can get in touch with them and update your address.

We use the one-way shipping service to reduce shipping costs as much as possible, so even though the tracking update shows that the package was “delivered to original sender,” this does not mean that it was returned to our warehouse address. Rather, it means that our shipping agency stored the package. Please be advised that we are unable to provide a refund for an item if:

– The shipper made multiple attempts to deliver the goods, but it was unsuccessful.
 
You turn down the package.
 
– Any issues with the shipping address you gave prevented the shipment from being delivered.
 
– You claim that the package has not arrived, yet the tracking update indicates that it was delivered successfully and is in the “delivered” status.
 
If your package goes missing or is lost and we have agreed to replace it, we will only provide you with the tracking number and details of the shipping carrier associated with your order so you can keep an eye on it.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Kindly place individual orders for every address you would like the merchandise shipped to.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We are able to mail to PO Boxes, but not to Military APO/FPO locations.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and other costs are not included in the item’s price or the shipping cost. It is not DragonHawaiiShirt‘s responsibility to file or pay DragonHawaiiShirt‘s taxes. The buyer is responsible for these costs, which vary by country.
 
Orders placed with DragonHawaiiShirt are placed on a “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis; import taxes and fees are not collected by the store. Rather, the shipping business will bill you after delivering your products, in accordance with the sales tax laws of the destination.
